Affordable Housing 2
The Cowichan Valley Regional Hospital District has asked Social Planning Cowichan to convene community stakeholders to gather input on the best way to spend money on an affordable housing project.
We have organized four workshops to explore affordable housing options for the Cowichan Region. We completed the first workshop on November 17, 2011. This consultation process is designed to allow people to consider options, talk about specific issues, and include local resources in creating a program or project that will be specially designed for the Cowichan Region.
This web page contains statistics, presentations on housing options, and links to other housing resources and information that was discussed at workshops (see links at right).
If you are interested in attending upcoming affordable housing workshops please contact Social Planning Cowichan at 250-746-1004 ext. 250.
